We would like to acknowledge Isabel Barreto, the branch manager of TD Bank in the Cranford, NJ location. She was very helpful with explaining her background in the company and also give us information about the company. She explained our information system (Encore Teller) and explained more about how the software and hardware works. She started as a Teller and worked her way up to being a manager. Along the way got to learn the ins and outs of the bank so it was useful to have her assist us in any questions that we had about the bank and its processes. She was open to any questions and help us get the answers that we needed. We appreciate her time and consideration to us for this project.
