Conclusion


       Over the last couple months we learned a lot from TD Bank, but the main thing we learned was the future of the banking industry, and how it’s changing to digital banking. We already see TD Bank and other banks offering online banking, mobile apps, and using social media for customers, we’re just gonna see more of that as technology progresses. This translates to why less and less people are going inside banks and doing transactions online instead, that’ll be the trend moving forward. Checking your accounts online, or making loans on your phone is far more convenient than driving to the bank and talking to an employee.



      Together as a group we collaborated on the purpose of the report which is to analyze TD Bank as a whole and to evaluate how we can improve the company technologically and economically. We continuously collaborated with each other online through email and text messaging. We also would use time after class to meet and discuss in person any questions that may have needed to been resolved. We used online Cloud resources such as Google Docs, Google Slides, and Blogger to communicate with each others and share data. Overall, we gained new insight on the complex information systems used in the banking industry and how it affects us, as consumers.
